Easy Creamy Pork Tenderloin
Awesome! I browned the tenderloin as suggested by other reviewers. Added the two cans of cream of celery soup and cooked on low for several hours. Then I added 2 - 14 oz. bags of "birdseye - baby potato and vegetable medley" frozen veggies and a sprinkling of frozen corn(1/2 cup?)for the last hour(give or take). Hubby actually enjoyed the veggies the most. This will be included in our rotation of meals from now on! SSOOO SIMPLE!

Glazed Meatloaf II
DING DING DING!!! We've found a winner! This one will replace my existing meatloaf recipe. Due to some limitations of last moment meal planning I did alter a bit of the recipe - but have no doubt that it is wonderful as written too! I did not have lemon juice so guess what was left out? On reading other reviews I liked the idea of 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs instead of the bread - but only had plain, so I added a pinch of rosemary and thyme. For those who didn't care for using the bread itself because of the chunks - try loosely placing the slices of bread into a food processor for a few seconds - nice and fine - no more hunks of dough. But since I was lazy on wanting to do this (even though it's really so simple), I opted for the canned crumbs. Same reason I used dried minced onions. Why chop when you can pour . . . Thanks for a keeper Delia!

Spinach Deviled Eggs
FABULOUS!!! I had made these for my daughter's First Holy Communion over a year ago. When I told a few people I planned on making deviled eggs for Christmas, they all asked me to make the ones with the bacon (funny how we forgot the green spinach!). What a hit - they were gone in no time. This recipe is great as written - don't change a thing. Thanks for this KEEPER of a recipe TOH.
