Chocolate Cheesecake II
Wonderful!!! I omitted the topping, but added chocolate dipped strawberries. Everyone LOVED it!!

Greek Pasta Salad I
I doubled the recommended pasta as the vinegar flavour was way to overpowering. I made this for a party and everyone enjoyed it.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
Man, these were good. I have made them a few times now and everyone just loves them. The filling is enough for like 4 packs of mushrooms though, which is a good thing if you have them!
