I made this at 7500ft so made a few changes (more flour and water). The top of mine cracked and sunk in the middle, but since I served with cherries on top, no one could see the cracks. I made with 10" dish, and casserole dish full of hot water on bottom shelf of oven - left in oven for 2 hours after turning oven off from baking.
Made with graham cracker base with butter and cinnamon.
The only thing missing was taste - it was the right consistency and texture, but it was bland. Maybe I'll try some lemon juice next time.
