Ultimate High Altitude Chocolate Chip Cookies
These didn't taste right at all. Way to cakey. We are at 7500 ft, so will just have to give up chocolate chip if I cannot find a different recipe.

Corn and Zucchini Melody
This was good, but the bacon and cheese really defeat the "healthiness" of veggies. The second time I made it with just corn, zucchini, onions - added 1 tbsp bacon grease and 1 tbsp olive oil - seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Sautéed, was prefect and both of my boys loved it!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was easy - however all of my swiss cheese escaped during the "simmer" time. I used fat free half/half to reduce calories, was still great!!!
