Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs
Flavor was very good. It may have been the type of grill or my error that they didn't turn out as great as I expected; I want to make sure they stay moist next time so I will seal the ribs in foil before cooking next time.

Baked Pork Chops I
Made this as a comfort food when helping out my son and daughter-in-law after the birth of their second baby. They were still commenting on it 2 1/2 weeks later when I went back home.

Emily's Pickled Eggs
Was a hit with my husband. He said they was even better than his brother's pickled eggs and suggested I give him the recipe.
