Coconut Curry Tofu
My husband loved this dish. I found it a bit bland and watery. I couldn't taste the curry, coconut or ginger. But I will definitely make it again -- next time I'll press the excess liquid out of the tofu first and add more curry and ginger. I might put not so much chili paste in though. I think it will become a favourite because you could substitute cooked chicken for the tofu if you wanted. Thanks for the recipe!
