Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls
Really good, just like the thai restaurants. We bought peanut sauce in a jar, but the fish sauce recipe was light and flavorful. Would be a great party food.

Awesome Eggplant Rollatine
I made half the recipe and my boyfriend and I had enough leftovers for another entire meal. I will probably not fry the eggplant next time because it makes the leftovers soggy and is not as healthy as baking, but otherwise the recipe is perfect! So delicious!

B and L's Strawberry Smoothie
Wow, I have this almost every day for lunch in the summer. It's so great, my mom and my brother always beg me to make one for them, too!
