Sweet and Sour Pasta
A litte different, but it grows on you. Didn't have any creme fraiche, so I used sour cream. Came out fine. Will fix it again!

Marinated Ranch Style Pot Roast
This roast is scrumptious! I added red potatoes to the pan, and they came out wonderful!
