Fried Rice with Ginger, Hoisin, and Sesame

My fiance and I really liked this one! The only thing i changed was to add a little chinese 5 spice powder and water chestnuts (cuz i love them). And the only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 was that it was a bit mushy. But I'm not really sure what would solve that problem....All in all, good dish!

OMG. I just took it out of the oven and am eating it right now and have to tell the world how good this stuff is. Jeez Louise!! I guess its that magic instant pudding mix or something. Wow. Ok back to it. Thankyooooo for sharing the love.

Pumpkin Pie Squares

These were good! I'm not sure why i was expecting something a little different than pumpkin pie in bar form, but i guess i was a little disappointed that it was EXACTLY pumpkin pie in a square shape instead of triangle. The crust was different, and good, but i think i prefer the traditional pie crust. But totally not a bad recipe! We ate it all. :)

GREAT potato soup. I doubled the recipe and lessened the half and half just a bit, and also traded half the basil for thyme. Really great taste!

These were GREAT! Everyone loved em at our cookout/party/gathering. I did increase the amount of filling by half after reading some reviews saying the filling to crust ratio wasn't right. Seemed to come out perfect!

Banana Banana Bread

Waaaa-ow. Nothing "weird" or exotic about it, and there doesn't need to be. Straightforward bananas, sugar, flour, and a little bit of AWESOME. Thanks to whoever left the review that suggested topping it with a little brown sugar for a crunchy top!!

Tangy Chicken

This was great! I added some green pepper and sliced onion to the mix and it came out YOMmy. Definitely tangy and almost too sweet for me, so maybe i'll go easier on the preserves next time. But awesome, super-easy recipe.

Strawberry Balsamic Chicken

Good stuff! This was a very different tasting dish and my fiance and I really enjoyed it. If anything, it was just a bit too candy-ish for our taste, but definitely worth trying. I wonder if using plain yogurt with real strawberries would change the flavor up a bit.
