Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili
Made this for my hubby who said he wouldn't call this recipe chili, but he did think it was tasty! My only modifications were as follows: I added an extra can of tomatoes (fire roasted), 5 chopped jalapenos, I sauted the onions, celery and green pepper prior to adding it to the crock pot (not a big fan of crunchy celery in food) and then I cooked on low all day. Served with shredded cheese on top and a side of corn bread. Will definitely make again.
