Wasabi Secret Salad
family really loved this salad, even my husband who turned his nose up at the wasabi peas when he first saw them. They balance out any sweetness from the pear and cherries. Had a nice crunch to them as well. A bit of a bite but not too much. Great summer salad, going to make again for big family dinner this weekend.

Creamy Shrimp Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
Made this for a family dinner and they sure didn't last long. The stuffing is great and it is all thanks to the horseradish. It was good in the tomatoes but would be equally good as a stand alone dip.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Didn't marinate over night but still had a great flavour. The maple adds a great taste. Also bbq this on cedar planks and added a spicer side dish whiched seem to balance the sweeter taste of this pork dish. Was really good. My husband loved it.
