Baked Potato Salad II
This is a fabulous recipe! I did make a few alterations, based on the reviews. First, I used sour cream instead of mayo. Also, I, too added the bacon into the potato mixture and let the bacon flavor meld into the overall taste. Great recipe!

Dirt Cake I
Just as FABULOUS as what I remember as a kid! I like to mix the cream mixture in my food processor and then pour in some of the pudding mixture and blend it together. This make the cream mixture easier to wisk in without lumps.
