I'm only giving this 3 stars because I doctored it up at the very end with a little rice wine vinegar and hoisin sauce. I won't be making this again...even with doctoring it up.

Garlic Lover's Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine

No bread maker; freezes perfect. I used my springform pan bottom in my little confection/rotisserie oven. I made two doughs (but divided in three) to freeze (400* for 10 minutes-threw in freezer hot to 'flash freeze'), then covered the last in sauteed onions, broccoli and mozzerella-no sauce-no need. Just the right amount of flavor and jaw work. I will make this dough often, but don't ask for the recipe because it's a secret.

Pizza Dough I

Baked Buffalo Wings

Excellent! Only change was I used pecans instead of walnuts. You aren't going to get better cookies anywhere. I made half the batch and froze the other half using my medium ice cream scoop. Both batches were perfect!

Very good. I whipped my egg whites and folded them in at the end. I also took out about 1 cup of batter and added 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder for my son's favorite, chocolate waffles.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers
