Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
Was looking for the best biscotti recipe to make for my aunt for Christmas. This is no doubt the easiest and tastiest. I used pecans instead of pistachio. I also dipped them in white chocolate like I read in another review. These were yummy!

Delicious Beef Tongue Tacos
I've made this exact same recipe before. When the steer went to the butcher I told my husband I wanted the tongue. His response was "You'll be eating it alone" I didn't tell my family it was tongue until days later. Now they rave about it.

Rosemary Mushroom Goose Breast
My family really liked this recipe. I added 1/2 cup of sugar to help tone down the vinegar taste.
