Danish Meatballs with Dill Sauce
I had high hopes for this, but was utterly disappointed. My observations:
1. Chicken stock and sour cream: NOT a good combination. Maybe with a better base, the sauce might be a bit more palatable.
2. 2 teaspoons of salt is quite a bit. The meatballs themselves were quite salty, but otherwise rather tasteless.
Overall impression: The Danes (if this indeed is a traditional danish recipe) should leave meatballs to the italians and swedes.
