Mother's Ham Casserole
This recipe was great. I doubled the batch to feed our family. The sauce was pretty thick when I made it, so I ended up mixing the veggies and ham with the sauce and then putting it in the casserole dish. There was no way that pouring it on top was going to work. The whole family loved it- even my picky eaters. I think next time I will make the sauce a little thinner,and less of it...there was a LOT of it. Much like a pot pie.
