About this Cook
Born and raised in New Hampshire. I'm definitely a Foodie, but not a food snob. I'm lucky to be married to a pastry chef who graduated at the top of her class from the Southern New Hampshire University Culinary Program. I'm an avid cyclist and like to eat healthy with some indulgences now and again.
My favorite things to cook
I like making desserts and appetizers the most. I've also got a knack for making up dinners in about 20-30 minutes. I make a killer quacamole too.
My cooking triumphs
Crab Quesadillas which came out surprsingly awesome. Apple Cinnamon Pudding it is so delicious.
My cooking tragedies
Several breads have met an untimely demise at my hands.

Vodka Mocha Bundt Cake
It's okay. Nice and light and fluffy, however maybe it was the Starbucks Coffee Liquor I used. It was just a little too "boozy" tasting for me. I didn't even use the coffee liquor for the glaze, instead I used 1/4 cup of real coffee and the powdered sugar. However everyone else in the office seems to like it. Very simple to make and comes out of the oven nice and light and fluffy

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
I doubled the given recipe amounts except for the butter. Came out really good. Little crunchy, but not overly so and not too moist/cakey either.
