Potato Soup Mix
I made a jar of this for each of my family members for Christmas. Being from a Norwegian family, potato soup is a big part of our meals, and this was a BIG hit! The only thing I changed was I used less thyme. It was a bit over powering.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken
I used provolone instead of cream cheese and cooked the bacon before hand. It was really good. A nice change of pace. Probably wont be made again soon though, it was a tad bit bland.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
My family loved this recipe! The only change that I made was that I was worried about the sweetness so I put 3/4 the katsup and 1/4 BBQ sauce and also sprinkled in some chili powder. It really was great. I might cut back on the water next time since it was VERY runny. GREAT recipe!!
