Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler
Five stars with a few additions. Used three heaping cups frozen Blueberries & Raspberries. 1)Added about 1 tsp of cinnamon to the berry mixture. 2) Added a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter. 3) made strudel topping and added 1/2 at the beginning and 1/2 about 20 mins into the baking process. I made one fo these last night for my Husband and I. This morning he insisted that we make one for his parents too. The cinnamon and the strudel topping make this to DIE for! Enjoy!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots
I made this today for my Grandpa's birthday. We used a 3.5 pound roast so it took about 40 mins in the oven. I blended the sauce as others suggested and added mushrooms to the pan while it was cooking. The mushrooms soaked up all the goodness in the pan so they were REALLY good!! Worth the time and money forsure. My Grandma actaully said "I didn't know beef could taste this good! I also served this with the Almond Bundt Cake that's on this website. Perfect match for this meal. No beef or cake was leftover!

Glazed Almond Bundt Cake
Wonderful! I made this for my Grandpa's birthday today and there's nothing left. Everyone had 2 pieces!! I did have trouble getting it out of the pan so next time I'll spend more time I'll make sure I follow the directions. Seriously wonderful cake!! Yummy!
