I love this recipe, I think its my favorite from this site. Definately resturant quality! I cut back a little on the red pepper but other than that I follow the recipe. Thanks for taking the time to share this one!

Really good, and very easy. The second time I made a stew instead of pot roast but using the same recipe and adding carrots,mushrooms,potatoes,and onions, and made a gravy from cornstarch at the end to thicken it up. I used 3 pds of stew meat, It made enough to feed a big family and it was a big hit with everyone who ate it. thanks
