Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
I wanted something different and this was it. Everyone raved. I used 2 pork tenderloins (about 3 lbs.) put the marinade in a zip bag, added a little garlic powder, turned it a few times, let it sit for about 1 hour and put it in a crockpot juice and all for 4 hours on high. This is a keeper.
