Butternut Squash Risotto
I made this with sweet potato and didn't have any wine, but doubled the recipe. Fantastic flavour combinations. I will make this one again!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey
Excellent flavour. I roasted it breast down for the first two hours, then flipped it for the last few. Very moist and flavorful bird! I used rosemary, basil, sea salt and pepper. I will do this every time I make a turkey now. I usually brine my chickens, but this would probably be a shortcut and very tasty as well.

Pumpkin Pie Squares
Looooove this recipe, tastes great. I cooked the crust a little longer, 20 minutes so the squares were crispy enough to pick up and eat. It only lasts one day in my house. Great alternative to pumpkin pie when I am out of crust. I always substitute Splenda sugar or Splenda brown sugar and fat free condensed milk and it works great. A little healthier as I am diabetic.
