Wild Rice Stuffing for Turkey
I just made this as practice for thanksgiving and am eating a big plate full right now. Very very very yummy! I only give this 4 starts because I had to make a few alterations to get it to turn out right. I added 2 cloves of garlic and 1/3 cup onion to the vegetable mixture and about 1 cup of vegetable broth to moisten it at the end. I also added 1/2 pine nuts and it was perfect!!!

Butterscotch Cookie Bars
I love butterscotch and this was a wonderful treat. I have really high expectations when it comes to desserts and this one was fantastic. I only used 3/4 cups brown sugar since some of the reviews said it was on the sweet side and it was still really sweet. I added the rest of the bag of butterscotch chips in with the chocolate chips and walnuts. I did not use raisins.

Spinach Quiche
Wonderful! I have never made Quiche before and was so surprised at how wonderful this was. I used 2 Tbl butter and no crust to cut down on calories and it was perfect! I also used fresh mushrooms that I sauted with the garlic and onions. I will make this often!
