I also dredged the chicken with flour first. I used Sriracha chili sauce. Was very spicy and yummy. I think next time I might double the sauce.

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

These cupcakes were great! I used Ghirardelli Cocoa power, and only baked for 20 minutes. They came out moist and perfect! I even drizzled a little semi-sweet baker's chocolate on top. We definitely make again and again. :-)
