I have 2 little girls, 6 & 9, and a great husband. We love to camp in our travel trailer and do things outdoors, especially in the summer/fall. I absolutely love to run and do races down in Phoenix. I aspire to running a marathon (someday!) Our family likes Mexican food, and I cook a lot of chicken. We try to eat as healthy and organic as possible and try to incorporate that in the foods I cook. I like making birthday cakes for my girls and I have fun planning out of the ordinary meals to take camping in our trailer. I enjoy making family recipes handed down from my mom and mother in law but I really like trying new recipes as well to keep it interesting. I make a mean shrimp linguini My roasts never turn out!
