I made this recipe exactly as it is written and my family LOVED it! It was fast, easy and delicious! Even my husband was impressed and that is no small feat! :)

wow! This was AMAZING! I have never made a layer cake before. This turned out so good. I took others' advice on doubling the coffee flavored ingredients. I wish I wouldn't have done that because I felt like it was kind of strong but, everyone who ate it said it was perfect. Also, in my little town I couldn't find the mascarpone cheese so I found a substitute recipe on the internet that just creams together cream cheese and heavy cream. I will make this cake many many more times! Thanks for such a yummy recipe!

I loved this recipe! I used it because I was out of brown sugar and needed an alternative. My 8 year old son said they were the best cookies I've EVER made!
