I graduated with a A.S in Culinary Arts and a B.S in Culinary Nutrition. I have worked in almost every aspect of the culinary industry including Banquet Halls, Hotels, Restaurants, Retail Cafeterias and now the Food Processing industry. Currently, I work in a test kitchen for a fresh soup and seafood company that makes products for Supermarkets and Restaurant chains. We are based out of Warren, RI and Fall River, MA and if that's not enough to give away who we are then i'm sure you'll find out soon!
Right now I cook as much as I can but like anyone with a busy schedule, I like dining out. From McDonalds to Chez Pascal, anything suits my appetite.
My job forces me to be very critical of food but on the outside, I love to taste home made cooking. I am always looking for new recipes to try!

The first time I cook anything, it's a tragedy. The second time, it's a little better. Third time's always a charm :)
