My husband and daughters were addicted to cheese crackers until I found this recipe. I, too, use my grandmother's cookie press (my girls love helping with that part!) and I have made these with several types of cheese - pepper jack is my husband's favorite and the girls like the mexican cheese blend. My 9 year old loves seafood but hates "egg pie" (quiche). My 6 year old loves quiche but hates seafood. And my dear husband dislikes both....UNTIL!! I made this recipe with only two changes. I used pepper jack cheese instead of monterey and I took out the tobasco sauce and added old bay. My family took care of the rest. I will definitely make this again!! Thanks!

This was GREAT! I made individual portions with Grands biscuits and cream of mushroom soup because that was what was on hand. I also added a bit of Lipton's beefy onion soup mix. My five year old ate two helpings and wants more for breakfast! Thanks!
