Chocolate Zucchini Cake I

Loved it and so did everyone else! Didn't have any chocolate chips, so I chopped up some chocolate squares. Also, baked it in two 8-inch cake tins. Ate one, froze the other. Very easy!

Rhubarb Crumble Pie

I had never tasted rhubarb, but my British husband loves it and wants to grow it in the garden, so I chose this recipe to try it out. Extremely easy recipe and very tasty. Will definitely make this, again.
