I tried to make the chocolate topping, but it hardened up so much that it was not spreadable. I served it with just the peanut butter topping and it was great! My coworkers described this as "smooth." I agree, tasty without being achingly sweet.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

This was wonderful! My "meat and potatoes" hubby even said, "I love this soup!" I cheated and used a rotisserie chicken and also sauteed the carrots with the celery and onions. Thanks for a great recipe!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Wow! This was my first attempt at roast. I've always been intimidated because my mom's is so good. My hubby said it was better than mom's - and even cleaned the kitchen afterward! ;) Thanks for such a tasty and EASY recipe!

Overnight Caramel French Toast

I'm not sure what went wrong here...but this was a terrible mess! I made it Christmas Eve for Christmas day breakfast and let's just say it was not a merry morning! I used sourdough bread based on others' reviews, but the bread was soggy and the syrup didn't have the right flavor.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

This was a great recipe! I read the reviews and used ground pork instead of ground beef, 1 tsp. of ground ginger (I couldn't find minced pickled ginger), and iceberg lettuce instead of Bibb or butter.
