I am always trying to eat more oatmeal because of the health benefits. This recipe makes me want to eat it in the morning! I always add a dash of cinnamon for my liking. MMMMM!

These were extremly moist! I like more of a soft cookie rather than a chewy. Everyone in my family loved these and I gave some to a sick friend and she loved them also. The only change was I used chocolate pudding mix; it made the cookie similar to a double chocolate chip cookie. The pudding mix was sugar free but I am sure their is enough sugar in the recipe to make up for that :). Great recipe; will make again.

These had a different flavor but were a relatively healthy alternative to a chocolate craving. I also liked that they were more cake-like than chewy. Note: I substitiuted half wheat flour at an attempt to make them a little better. (Might as well have some healthy desserts :)They came out just fine with that substitution.
