After making this many times for pizza, I just baked again on a round pan, but plain. Yes, plain on a pizza pan, no sauce, no topping. After cooled, we eat for breakfast spread with butter mixed with marmalade or jam. Simply amazing.

Herman Coffee Cake

This coffee cake is amazing. I feared it would be too sweet with the glaze, so that got left off, and the taste was perfect standing alone. This was my first use of Herman! Thanks so much for the recipe.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I couldn't wait to try this recipe. I did not have enchilada sauce or tomatoes on hand, so I opened up a jar of ChiChi's chunky salsa! It smells so good! Tastes marvelous. Thanks for the recipe!

Janet's Famous Banana Nut Bread

This is delicious CAKE. Did not remind me of Banana Nut Bread at all. But a very delicious cake recipe to have. So, the search is still on for the dense moist consistency of nut bread I knew growing up.

Cherry Crunch

What a lovely recipe! I'm so glad I found it. The easy factor of this recipe was spot on. I'm only giving it a 4 star because the crunch part could've been crunchier. I couldn't wait to serve tonite, so I had some nice and warm, and it's just to die for! Thanks so much. Next time, I'd recommend cutting back on flour a bit. Maybe that'd give me the crunch I'm after. Man, it smells good.

Ricotta Cheese Cake

If you're looking for something to wow your guests, loved ones and yourself...try this recipe! Just wonderful. I used a Dark Chocolate mix and added chocolate chips to it. I made it the day before the wedding shower, refrigerated it, and served next day with fresh strawberry sauce. The ricotta mixture buried itself dead center making just the most lovely presentation when cut into and tasted super. Thanks to all the other reviewers...I probably wouldn't have tried this and am very very glad I did!

Special Banana Bread

Finally found a great banana bread recipe. Mixed and baked as directed, didn't change a thing (why do people review a recipe here and then add all the things they did differently?) I found this recipe very tasty. Thanks so much for sharing!

Apple Walnut Bread

I was really looking forward to this great-sounding bread. I did add more cinnamon and nutmeg and added raisins. I found the taste was very good, but the bread was dry. I'm sure my oven probably bakes faster, because every other review claimed a moist bread. I will tent with foil next time.

Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies

If you're looking for something different, this is it. An odd flavor combo, but I did not care for the consistency of the cookie, sorry! For sure, I won't be using up ingredients for this recipe again.

Baked Potato Soup II

This is such a good base recipe for potato soup. From it, I was able to add what our family likes...bacon, carrots, peppers and scallions, which I sauteed in the butter at the beginning. Very pretty presentation, and good way to get more veggies into your family. I also seasoned with Mrs. Dash. Perfect! Thanks for the recipe.

Apple Gingerbread Cake

OK! I just made this recipe. Enjoyed the most lovely aroma! I made this exact recipe into jumbo cupcakes using a Braeburn apple. And to get a nice crusty cupcake top, I dusted with sugar and cinnamon before baking. Super presentation, and tasted even better. Thanks for this recipe! It's a keeper

Eddie's Special Burgers

Simply delicious, a good way to get more veggies into everyone also. I had no italian dressing and used Paul Newman Olive Oil/Vinegar instead. Worked out great til I get to the store! Try it on good pumpernicle bread.

Pineapple Angel Food Cake I

I have made this cake several times just as the recipe calls for. This time, I added 1/2 cup of coconut and 1/2 cup of slivered almonds to create a very tropical tasting rendition. And I used the jumbo muffin tins...no cutting needed!! I can't wait to take these to work tomorrow.
