If you've never tried shortbread before you will be totally impressed with this recipe. I know my family could't quite eating these. Didn't change a thing.

Corn Casserole III

Didn't vary from the original recipe but found it took one hour to bake. Also, I would prefer a little bit sweeter, so will try next time adding a bit of sugar. Otherwise we liked it well enough, but will make the above alteration next time.

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

My 25yr old son called these phenomenol. He says they're better than hamburgers. My grandson also liked them and he's a little bit harder to impress. Guess that about says it all.

I can't say enough about this recipe! It's 2 o'clock in the morning and there's one hour left but my son has already been in the dutch oven twice and stolen some of it! It is wonderful! Followed the recipe as listed.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

I followed this recipe to the "T" and it turned out wonderful. My adult and picky son turned his nose up when I told him what was in it but then I caught him eating one. Those muffins went so quick! He even told me that I can make these instead of cookies...he's so spoiled!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This is the first time we've tried an Italian beef recipe and I've got to say it was wonderful. I didn't deviate from the recipe at all and it came out perfect. Sauce is to die for with italian bread for dipping. This rather finicky family loved it and will be making it a regular in our meal planning.
