Quinoa and Black Beans
For the life of me I can't understand why so many people liked this recipe. I was so excited about making this for my family and they all left majority of the food on their plate! My husband hated the black beans, my nine year old son didn't want to hurt my feelings, and my 5 year old daughter didn't want no parts! I just hated it. I do wonder if I did not rinse the quinoa well enough. I really love the health benefits of quinoa......but in another dish. My dog liked it though :-)

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I wavered between 3 and 4 stars. I gave it a four because I finally ate a whole plate of spinach! It was a bit too sweet and vingery for my taste. After listening to most reviews about cutting the sugar and oil in half, i did, and it still was too sweet. I think the blue cheese would have really balanced the salad, however, i'm a vegan :-( I'll make it again though :-)

Veggie Ranch Pizza
I must say, this dish was hot!!!! my family recently turned vegetarian (lacto-ovo) and I was clueless on what to make. Everything I put together was quite horrible. Thank god for the internet, now I have a unlimited food source!! The ranch dressing added a little zing and a double BAM! I will definitely keep this reciepe a top 10. Didn't think I would like this pizza but when I tasted it......loved it. HELLO!
