I am married and have a beautiful daughter. About a year and a half ago my husband and I switched to eating gluten and dairy free. It has become a challenge but we all feel much better.

Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)
These are great! I used a combination of potato flour, rice flour and tapioca flour. I added a 1/2 tsp of xantham gum, a 1/2 tablspoon of soy milk and used a real egg. They turned out really well.

Great recipe!
Used real potatos and potato starch instead of potato flakes also used soy milk! Turned out great!

Gluten-Free White Bread for Bread Machines
This bread is fantastic! I have been trying for over a year for a good gluten free bread and this one is by far the best! It turned out really well in the bread maker however I did add another cup of a combination of flours (tapioca, potato starch and rice flour)
I also made it will 2 eggs and it turned out fine, not quite as tall as the first one but I may experiment with a little water and corn starch to replace the one egg.
