Zucchini Bread
Made with 1c cinnamon apple sauce in place of 1c oil and 3/4c of Soy flour in place of part of the white flower. Decreased chocolate chips to 1/2 cup. Recipe was very moist and good over all. Next time I think I'll add a bit of orange zest - 1 teaspoon to increase the flavor.

Spicy Turkey Burgers
This was really good. I made 1/2 of this recipe with one pound of ground turkey. this made 4 good sized burgers. Based on some of the comments that the burgers tended to fall apart, I mixed in an egg, too.

Cherry Chocolate Cobbler
Really enjoyed this one. My family felt it was a little light on the cherries, though. I plan to make it with two cans next time to off set all the chocolate. Very good over all, though.
