Amy's Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have used this recipe over and over again, and EVERYONE always wants the recipe. I have always loved soft, cake-like cookies(almost like Keebler Soft Batch cookies), so these cookies are perfect for me. If you like more of a thin, crispy kind of cookie, then this recipe isn't for you, but so far, I have never met someone that does not like these cookies.

Healthy Banana Cookies
These are not a typical cookie. Mine turned out to have a different texture than a regular cookie, but they weren't bad. They were just different. I could definitely get used to it knowing that they are healthier than a typical cookie.

Easy Apple Crisp
Everyone loved this recipe! I took a few others' suggestions and modified the recipe just a bit to give it a more homemade taste. I took one can(21 oz.) apple pie filling and mixed it with 4 peeled and sliced granny smith apples. I added a little vanilla and a little lemon juice to cut some of the sweetness. I only added about 1/2 cup of water. Also, I used a yellow cake mix and I only added 1/2 cup brown sugar. (It was plenty sweet enough.) I also added a little nutmeg and 1/2 cup oats to the topping mixture, and I'm sure nuts would be a good addition, as well.
