Hasselback Potatoes
I thought these were very good. I used extra butter, because it just didn't "seem" like enough. The only trouble I ran into was that mine didn't "fan out" at all. You pretty much couldn't tell they were sliced until you cut into them. But TASTY!!

Banana Date Flaxseed Bread
Make sure all your flax is ground. Very tasty, and simple!

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna
Eh. We found it bland. My husband called it "un-special". Too much work for too little reward.
