Potato and Cheddar Soup
Enjoyable soup. I added some parsley, oregano and basil to the soup to give it a little more flavor. I also used smoked sausage instead of ham.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
The apples were great, the pork lacked flavor. We will try it again and make sure to pay attention to the pork chop before cooking it.

Zippy Potato Soup
This soup is very delicious. I made it for a group of Masons for our monthly soup night and it garnered rave reviews. One of the brothers is a chef and he thought it was outstanding, which says a lot. I would highly recommend this soup especially for the meat and potatoes crowd.
