Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I only made the meatballs and used jarred sauce because I was short on time. I thought they were great, and loved that they cooked in the sauce instead of in the oven or skillet--I've never had good luck with those, but these did great. The only problem was that they burned to the bottom of the saucepan just a bit, even though I had the burner on low. I would recommend stirring to prevent this.
