Too much butter, not much flavor. Produced nice texture. Will not use this recipe again.

The BEST BBQ pork sandwich I have ever had. After reading the reviews I made the following adjustments; covered the bottom of the crock pot with onion. Then, added 1 can of beer. Cooked the Pork Roast (3 3/4 lbs.) on low for 8 1/2 hours. Covered with Cattleman's BBQ sauce and baked @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Baking in the oven is the trick to this recipe.....Again, the BEST BBQ sandwich my family and I have EVER had. Thanks!

I tripled this receipe and added ground ginger. We made about 7 kabobs with chicken, green pepper, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms. I marinated the chicken and veggies, seperate, overnight. Very yummy.
