Brown Sugar Brownies
This was pretty good, the way I would expect blondies to taste. I followed the recipe making it in an 8x8 pan and cooking it for 27 minutes. It was a little dry so I think I will try 25 minutes next time.

Amusement Park Cornbread
I have been making this recipe for awhile, and my whole family loves it! I make it in an 8 inch square pan and cook it for about 5 minutes longer. Otherwise I don't change a thing! Sometimes I double the recipe and cook it in a 13 x 9 inch pan baking it for about 45 minutes. If you like sweet cornbread I cannot recommend this recipe enough!

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
I usually don't write reviews but seeing all the good reviews for this recipe I had to write my own. I followed the directions and ingredients exactly, and my pancakes came out thin and rubbery. My family liked them ok, but they weren't my usual light and fluffy pancakes. There weren't any requests for seconds like usual. I did go back and look at the earlier reviews and saw a few that also said that they came out rubbery. I would avoid this recipe if light and fluffy is what you are looking for.
