Zucchini Crisp
Fantastic taste! My mistake was to "cube" the zucchini too large. Try to scoop out the seeds, slice it to look like apples in some way, and no one will EVER know. I also added some brown sugar since I didn't have anough white and it was darker and more like a syrup. Everyone loved the taste! Thanks!
