World's Best Lasagna

This is a REALLY good lasagna, and my dinner party raved about it. However I made it with 2 lbs of ground beef and no sausage or fennel seeds, because that's what I had in the house. I also used oven-ready lasagna noodles. It's so much easier than par-cooking regular ones! Cooking the lasagna with tin foil for the first half of the cooking is a great idea, then you don't have any crispy noodle edges! I will DEFINITELY make this recipe again!

Rolled Flank Steak

I enjoyed this recipe and will probably make it again, but next time I will use ham or Canadian bacon instead of regular bacon. The flavor was too much and I do not care for bacon this way. It was transparent and chewy.

Ladyfinger Cheesecake

This is a great cheesecake, however I use powdered (confectioner's) sugar instead of regular sugar. I think it sweetens things like cream cheese and whipping cream much better, without the gritty taste that you can get with granulated sugar. Also, I topped my cheesecake with crushed pineapple, draining it first of course!
