Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
I used northern beans rather than garbanzo and green beans instead of zucchini and added some shredded roast beef....loved it!

Spanish Rice II
Loved it, even the toddlers ate it! It was a little spicy, but we put some shredded cheddar and sour cream on it for the kids and it was gone!
