Ribollita (Reboiled Italian Cabbage Soup)
this soup is a lot of work but well worth it! It feed our family of 6 for two nights and we froze the rest for a cold winter night. Even my 2 year old loved it!

Zucchini Alfredo
This was a great recipe! I just made a few changes. I used a whole block of cream cheese and doubled the milk. I also added about a cup of parmisan cheese. My family loved it and I will make it again!

Chicken Breasts With Herb Basting Sauce
great basic recipe! I also did not baste it I just marinated the chicken for a few hours before cooking
