Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
Made these for the family Christmas gathering. My brother in-law tasted them as I was bringing them out of the oven. He suggested that I just put them in his car so that the rest of the family did not have to be "subject to the terrible tasting stuffed mushrooms"-yeah right! I too used 3x the amount of mushrooms and it came out perfect with the amount of filling. I did not think the cayeene pepper was to much, it gave them a nice "kick"! I did not measure the parm cheese. I used more than it called for (can never have too much cheese!) and added a can of drained crab meat. These were a big hit and ZERO left over. I made them up the day before and they kept overnight in the fridge just beautiful!I also set a cooling rack in the pan to bake them on as to not have the shrooms sit in the juice as they baked. This is one that will get made again and again for sure!

Dip For The Stars
This was WONDERFUL!! Did not change anything. If anything I probably used more sundried tomatos than it called for. Makes a ton!! Made this for the family Christmas gathering and my sisters have told me that this is good on much more than crackers! They used leftovers on baked potatoes, hamburgers and said it is good to just "eat" by itself! I put it in a bunt pan as someone else suggested and it came out beautiful. Keep in mind this is not at all an inexpensive dish to make but well worth the cost and effort! Only thing I would change is trying to get some of the oil out of the pesto (I used store bought pesto)

Bruschetta I
One of the best I have made and very easy! I didn't have any chives and it was still great. I added feta cheese only because I add feta to anything I can!
