Failed and Inedible Banana Nut Bread

Garlic Bread Fantastique
This is the best garlic bread recipe I've ever tried! The mayonnaise really makes this extra delicious, and normally I don't even eat mayonnaise. This bread just disappears when I make it for myself and my fiance. I cut the salt back, due to recommendations by others. I don't have any sage, so I skip that. Instead of oregano I add italian seasoning (because that's what I have). Even with the changes, it's delicious! May not be the healthiest garlic bread, but it is my favorite to make.

Banana Nut Bread II
Ok, well I obviously don't have the right breadmaker for this recipe. I pre-blended it, as instructed, and put it in my breadmaker, which doesn't have a sweet bread setting. I put it on the fast bread setting, that has lots of rise time and takes 3 hrs 10 min. During all this time, the bread didn't rise (I don't know how it was supposed to, since there's no yeast). When it finally got to baking, and finished, it was uncooked in the middle. I tried to finish it in the oven, but it was still completely inedible. It is extremely dense, and didn't rise at all so it was the size of half my bread pan. In my breadmaker, this was an utter failure.

Spinach and Feta Pita Bake
Very good, will definetly add this to my arsenal for a quick meal. I used basil pesto, and it was delicious. Though I think when I drizzled the oil on top, it was a bit too much, next time I'll skip that.
