About this Cook
I'm 24 years old. I have a 8 year old step daughter, I just had a baby girl on March 20, 2009. We named her Bianca. She is my world. I love to cook new things and different things. My step-daughter loves to help me cook and try new foods. I have been trying to cook healthier food lately. I can't wait til Bianca can start cooking with me.

Gourmet Caramel Apples
I love this recipe but It is very time consuming and I tried to add mini m&m' s but that didn't work out at all they just slid right off. Also If you use a microwave the caramel hardens way to fast you really need to use a double boiler.

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes
This is a good recipe but not great. I felt that it was missing something. I just read a few of the reviews and decided it was missing sour cream I really think that would have made this a GREAT recipe. I will make this recipe again and use some sour cream. I also think using different kinds of cheese such as pepper jack would give it a bit a kick.

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu
My boyfriend loved this recipe. I also enjoyed it very much considering I don't usually like meatloaf. I did make a few changes. I added green pepper and I used Swiss Cheese. I cooked it for and 1 hour and 15 mins. I did end up changing the temp of my oven since I've made meatloaf a few times and it doesn't cook on 350 degrees I put it on 375 then the last 10 mins I moved it up to 400 degrees. It turned out prefect!!
