Unbelievable Rolls
About this Cook
When I stopped eating red meat at 13, my mom decided she wasn't making two seperate meals evey day, and so I started cooking for myself. It wasn't long before I was cooking for the whole family, and I still love it!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Trying to replicate my Grandma's traditional southern recipes. She doesn't use recipes, and we live on opposite sides of the continent (Florida to BC), so trying to identify a 'bit' of this and a 'handful' of that over the phone is a challenge!
My cooking tragedies
Jello! To this day I have never made a bowl of Jello that set! It's a curse :-)

Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Great recipe! I used Indonesian soy sauce instead of regular and didn't use the sherry, but it came out soooo yummy!

Cool Raspberry Soup
I make this recipe often, and I always get several requests for the recipe. I sometimes serve it as a drink and garnish with a cinnamon stick instead of the sour cream. Yummy!

Unbelievable Rolls
So easy to make and so yummy! I made these rolls to have leftover turkey sandwiches after Christmas, but they're good even just warm with butter. I followed the other reviews and mixed the salt with the flour, and also brushed them with water and sprinkled with flour before baking, and yummy yummy yummy! My son won't eat sandwiches on bread at school, and these were so easy to make, it seemed like more effort to get in the car and go to the grocery store to buy some! I'll be using these a LOT!
